18 Years On: How One Day Can Change the World

Exactly 18 years ago, we all got up, showered, got our newspapers, made coffee, made breakfast, started our day just like any other day, nothing out of the ordinary.

I was working from home even then, and on my computer by 8 am. I don’t remember now what I was working on.

I remember when the phone rang. It was maybe five minutes before 9.
